420 at Civic Center Park had its moments and Dancing Man was one of the best attractions as he grooved to Wyclef Jean who performed on stage behind him. The people in the park were chilled and quite relaxed. It is interesting to note the events of 4/20 were happening between the capitol building and court house.The Colorado Symphony has planned a series of cannabis concerts.
